NEW YORK CITY DESIGNERS DEBUTING SPRING/SUMMER 2010
DURING MARKET WEEK IN NEW YORK

New York, NY - September 10, 2009 - A group of cutting edge designers is taking over Times Square for one evening. Gina DeSilva, La China Loca, Keruvim, Mothe, Manisse, and Shauntele will be showing their Spring/Summer 2010 collections during Market Week in New York City. The fashion show will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 in the Grace Lounge at the Grace Hotel in Times Square.

The designers are part of Showroom New York, a non profit fashion showroom part of The Garment Industry Development Corporation (GIDC).  GIDC is a non profit established in 1984 to promote apparel manufacturing in New York. The showroom exclusively represents designers and manufacturers who choose to produce their collections in New York, as a commitment to preserving the historic Garment Center and maintaining New York’s status as a fashion capital for future generations of Fashion Designers.
 
Press, buyers, and guests are promised a memorable experience as they sit poolside to view the collections at the Grace Lounge, where all are invited (and encouraged) to take a dip in the bar side pool after the show. Relax in the sauna or steam room to relieve the stresses of fashion week and market week.
